Founder & Operations Strategist
Genean is the founder of Onyx Strategy Group. She has spent more than 20 years helping organizations improve operations, manage projects, streamline workflows, and build systems that support growth.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has worked with businesses across multiple industries, helping leadership teams create greater visibility, efficiency, and accountability within their organizations.
Grace
Project Manager - Monday Certified
I’m a native Oregonian, holding a BA in Psychology. My educational background and my experience working in diverse professional industries gives me unique skills in the virtual business world. My other strengths involve organization and team management. When I’m not using my professional skills, I love being outdoors and traveling. Travel fills my cup, and in 2023 I hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu and snorkeled with hammerhead sharks in The Galapagos Islands.

Operations Strategist
I hold a DBA in Entrepreneurship, an MBA in Marketing, and I have 15+ years of experience at the executive corporate level and as a marketing director in the creative arts.
I enjoy spending time with family, painting, looming, and reading mystery novels. I love to help others discover their life passion and provide them with the tools and confidence to succeed.
